Marble Steam Cake / Marmer Kukus

(English Version)
In my refrigerator, I have much egg white after I made some layer cakes. So, I thought what can I make by the egg white. I remembered, have some cake use only egg white. So I tried to make Steam Marmer Cake.

Ingredients :
  • 425 grs of egg whites.
  • 200 grs sugar.
  • 1/4 tsp salt.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla.
  • 200 grs flour / milk powder.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  • 50 grs melted butter.
  • 1 tbsp chocolate powder. 
Instruction :
  1. Whisk egg whites and salt half fluffy, add sugar and whisk until fluffy.
  2. Add flour / milk powder, baking powder dan vanilla, whisk gently until blended.
  3. Add melted butter, whisk until blended.
  4. Devide 1/2 dough with white colours white and 1/2 dough add chocolate powder, mix until blended with tablespoon.
  5. Heat pan for steam, pour white dough into the middle around baking tray with diameter 20 cm that has been covered baking paper.
  6. Pour chocolate dough onto white dough.
  7. Do it until the dough finishes. Take a toothpick and pull the line from the center to the edge and from the edge to the center.
  8. Then, put baking tin with dough into steam pan.
  9. Let it until cooked.

Bahan-bahan :
  • 425 gr putih telur.
  • 200 gr gula.
  • 1/4 sdt garam.
  • 1/2 sdt vanili.
  • 200 gr tepung / susu bubuk.
  • 1/2 sdt baking powder.
  • 50 gr mentega cair.
  • 1 sdm coklat bubuk.
Caranya :
  1. Kocok putih telur dan garam setengah kembang. Tambahkan gula dan kocok hingga mengembang dan kaku.
  2. Tambahkan tepung / susu bubuk, baking powder, dan vanili, aduk perlahan hingga rata.
  3. Tambahkan mentega cair, dan aduk rata.
  4. Bagi 2 adonan : 1/2 adonan untuk warna putih dan 1/2 adonan tambahkan coklat bubuk, aduk rata dengan sendok makan.
  5. Panaskan panci untuk mengukus, tuang adonan putih di tengah loyang bulat dengan diameter 20 cm yang telah dilapisi dengan kertas roti.
  6. Setelah itu tuang adonan coklat di atas adonan putih.
  7. Lakukan bergantian sampai adonan habis.
  8. Ambil sebatang tusuk gigi dan tarik garis dari tengah ke pinggir dan dari pinggir ke tengah.
  9. Kemudian letakkan loyang ke dalam panci kukusan dan biarkan sampai adonan matang.
