Pineapple Jam can use for many kind sweet and cookies. I prepared it to make Nastar (Pineapple Tart). Maximum, we made Nastar for Feast (Hari Raya Eid).
- 1 pineapple (be sheredded 250 grs).
- 100 grs sugar.
- 4 cms cinnamon.
- 2 pcs cloves.
- 1 pandan leaf.
- Put all of ingredients onto frypan teflon on the fire with medium heat.
- Stirring occasionally, until juice of pineapple dried.
