Salmon Soft Bones / Salmon Tulang Lunak


(English Version)
Salmon is our favorite fish. Special my kids love it much. If I steam with some vegetables such as broccoli, carrot and zucchini, they will eat with gusto. I steamed salmon, so I didn't worry about fork. Because forks would be soft. 

Ingredients :

  • 2 pcs salmon fish (200 - 300 grs).
  • 2 cloves garlic. 1 cm of ginger.
  • 1 - 2 tbsp soy sauce.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1 small carrot, thinly sliced.
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced.
  • 3 broccoli.
Instruction :

  1. Clean and wash salmon fish, give salt and vinegar to less fish smell. Wash again.
  2. Puree garlic , ginger and salt, pour onto salmon fish. Mix well.
  3. Add vegetables.
  4. Put on the fire pressure cooker pan for steam.
  5. And put fish bowl into pan and cover tightly.
  6. Cooked 30 minutes. All of bones will soft and can eat fish with bones.

Bahan-bahan :

  • 2 potong ikan salmon (200 - 300 gr).
  • 2 siung bawang putih. 1 cm jahe.
  • 1 - 2 sdm kecap asin/manis (sesuai selera).
  • Sedikit garam.
  • 1 buah wortel kecil, iris tipis.
  • 1 buah zucchini kecil, iris tipis.
  • 3 kuntum brokoli.
Caranya :

  1. Bersihkan dan cuci ikan salmon, beri garam dan cuka untuk mengurangi bau amis ikan. Cuci sekali lagi.
  2. Haluskan bawang putih, jahe dan garam, tuang ke atas ikan salmon. Campur dengan baik. 
  3. Tambahkan sayur.
  4. Letak di atas api panci pressure cooker untuk mengukus.
  5. Dan letakkan mangkuk yang berisi ikan salmon ke dalam panci dan tutup rapat.
  6. Masak sekitar 30 menit.
  7. Semua tulang akan lunak dan bisa dinikmati ikan bersama tulangnya.
