Samosa

Samosa is popular snack in Sout Asia, Malaysia, Singapore and Arabian Peninsula. For filling you can put many kind such as stir fried vegetable, curry, etc. Eat with chili sauce, who like spicy or cayenne chilies.





Ingredients :
  • 30 small spring roll sheets.
  • Oil for fry.
Stuffing :
  • 2 potatoes, small diced.
  • 1 carrot, small diced.
  • 50 gr long beans, sliced thin.
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg.
  • 3 cm cinnamon.
  • 2 bay leaves.
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper.
  • Salt is required.
  • Oil for saute.
Instruction :
  1. Heat oil onto frypan and saute onion, garlic, cinnamon and bay leaves until fragrant.
  2. Add ground nutmeg and ground pepper, saute until fragrant.
  3. Add all of vegetables and salt, stir unti combine evenly.
  4. Pour little water, and cook until mature.
  5. Take a spring roll sheet and put on the plate.
  6. Put stuffing (stir fried vegetable) and then fold as triangle.
  7. Do it until all of stuffing runs out.
  8. Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
  9. Ready to be served with green cayenne chilies or chilies sauce.
