In refrigerator, I have beef tripe. So, I cooked Beef Tripe Fried Rice Semarang. Famous Fried Rice in Semarang (Central Java - Indonesia). I cooked with sprout and onion, originaly with red cabbage. Now, what's ingredients and how to prepare.
- 100 grs beef tripe, cut small and boil until tender.
- 1 plate of cold rice.
- 50 grs sprout.
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced thinly.
- 2 tbsp butter.
- 1 scrambled eggs.
- A pinch of salt.
- Preheat butter with onion, sprout and salt until onion soft.
- Add beef stomach, stir fry until dried water.
- Add rice, stir until blended, pour scrambled eggs, mix until blended and cooked.
- Ready to be served.
