Beef Tripe Fried Rice Semarang / Nasi Goreng Babat Semarang


(English Version)
In refrigerator, I have beef stomach. So, I cooked Fried Rise Beef Stomach Semarang. Famous Fried Rice in Semarang (Central Java - Indonesia). I cooked with sprout and onion, originaly with red cabbage. Now, what's ingredients and how to prepare.

Ingredients :

  • 100 grs beef tripe, cut small and boil until tender.
  • 1 plate of cold rice.
  • 50 grs sprout.
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced thinly.
  • 2 tbsp butter.
  • 1 scrambled eggs.
  • A pinch of salt.
Instruction :

  1. Preheat butter with onion, sprout and salt until onion soft.
  2. Add beef stomach, stir fry until dried water.
  3. Add rice, stir until blended, pour scrambled eggs, mix until blended and cooked.
  4. Ready to be served.

Bahan-bahan :

  • 100 gr babat, potong kecil kecil dan rebus hingga empuk.
  • 1 piring nasi dingin.
  • 50 gr kecambah.
  • 1/2 bawang bombay ukuran sedang, iris tipis.
  • 2 sdm mentega.
  • 1 butir telur orak arik.
  • Sedikit garam.
Caranya :

  1. Panaskan mentega dengan bawang bombay, kecambah dan garam hingga bawang lembut.
  2. Tambahkan babat, tumis hingga air mengering.
  3. Tambahkan nasi, aduk rata, tuang telur orak arik, campur hingga rata dan masak.
  4. Siap untuk disajikan.
