Marble Pumpkin Pudding / Bingka Labu Kuning Marmer

(English Version)
Ingredients :
  • 5 eggs.
  • 250 grs pumpkin steamed, mashed.
  • 150 grs sugar.
  • 100 grs rice flour.
  • 250 ml coconut milk, boiled and let it cool.
  • 1 tsp vanilla.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
Instruction :
  1. Whisk egg and sugar until sugar liquid and thick.
  2. Add pumpkin mashed, rice flour, vanilla, salt and coconut milk, stirring constantly and slowly until blended by whisk hand.
  3. Prepare baking tray has been covered with baking paper.
  4. Devide dough, 1/2 give chocolate powder. Pour dough alternately yellow and chocolate and randomized with toothpick.
  5. Preheat oven with temperature 180°C.
  6. Bake with au bain marie system until cooked.

(Indonesian Version)
Bahan-bahan :
  • 5 butir telur.
  • 250 gr  labu kukus, tumbuk halus.
  • 150 gr gula pasir.
  • 100 gr tepung beras.
  • 250 ml santan, didihkan dan dinginkan.
  • 1 sdt vanili.
  • 1/2 sdt garam.
Caranya :
  1. Kocok telur dan gula sampai hancur dan kental.
  2. Tambahkan labu kuning, tepung beras, vanili, garam dan santan, sambil terus diaduk perlahan hingga rata dengan whisk hand.
  3. Siapkan loyang yang sudah dilapisi dengan kertas roti.
  4. Bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian, yang 1 bagian diberi coklat bubuk.
  5. Lalu tuang bergantian antara adonan kuning dan coklat. dan diacak dengan tusuk gigi atau tusuk sate.
  6. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 180°C. Panggang dengan sistem au bain marie hingga matang.
