Black Pepper Coriander Chicken / Ayam Ketumbar Lada Hitam

Bored with chicken dishes which always the same marinade. Now, I'm just trying to cook chicken with coriander and black pepper spices. My husband said, a very tasty chicken was cooked this way. Want to know the recipe. This I share it.

Ingredients :
  • 300-400 grs chicken.
  • 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste.
  • 1 tbsp lime/lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 2 - 3 tbsp oil for sauteing.
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped.
  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder.
  • 2 - 3 tsp black pepper powder.
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce.
  • 1 tsp salt.
Instruction :
  1. Clean chicken and put in the bowl. Marinate chicken with garlic and ginger finely ground, lime juice/lemon and salt.
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes until the spices to absorb.
  3. Saute onion, coriander powder, black pepper powder, oyster sauce and salt until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken, mix with spices.
  5. Cook until chicken is cooked and the water dries.
(Indonesian Version)
Bahan-bahan :
  • 300-400 gr ayam.
  • 1 sdm bawang putih dan jahe yang sudah dihaluskan.
  • 1 sdm jus jeruk nipis/lemon.
  • 1 sdt garam.
  • 2 - 3 sdm minyak untuk menumis.
  • 1 bawang bombay, rajang kasar.
  • 1 1/2 sdt ketumbar bubuk.
  • 3 sdt lada hitam bubuk.
  • 2 sdm saus tiram.
  • 1 sdt garam.
Caranya :
  1. Bersihkan ayam dan letakkan di dalam mangkuk. Lumuri ayam dengan bawang putih dan jahe yang sudah dihaluskan, jus jeruk nipis/lemon dan garam.
  2. Biarkan selama 10 menit hingga bumbu meresap.
  3. Tumis bawang bombay, ketumbar bubuk, lada hitam bubuk, saus tiram dan garam hingga harum.
  4. Tambahkan ayam, masak hingga ayam matang dan air mengering.
