Summer !!! We will be easy to find mango in Asia Store, specially mango from Pakistan. So sweet, even green. We love Pakistan mango. Today, I will make pudding with mixture of mango and pour caramel sauce.
Ingredients of Pudding :
- 1 big mango.
- 300 ml fresh milk.
- 2 - 3 tbsp sugar.
- A pinch of salt.
- 3 - 4 tbsp maizena.
- 1 egg.
Ingredients of Caramel :
- 200 grs sugar.
- 200 ml water.
Instruction of Pudding :
- Blend mango, set it aside.
- Boil fresh milk and sugar with low fire.
- After boiling, add salt.
- Pour little fresh milk onto maizena and egg, stirring until blended and smooth.
- Pour into milk pan, stir constantly, nothing clot.
- Pour mango pure, stir until thickened.
- Pour into small ceramic bowl and let it cool.
Instruction of Caramel :
- Pour the sugar into small pan and cook until the sugar melted and you get caramel.
- Pour a little water, stirring constantly until the sugar caramel and water blended
Serve :
- Pour caramelized sugar onto mango pudding after cold and a little hardened. Served cold.
