Margherita Pizza

Basic all of pizza is Margherita Pizza. Because added tomato sauce and mozzarella only. We can say simple pizza.








Ingredients :
  • 400 grs strong flour.
  • 1 pack of dried yeast or 1 pack fresh yeast.
  • 4 tbsp olive oil.
  • 1/2 tsp sugar.
  • 1 full tsp salt.
  • Water as needed.
Topping :
  • Tomato sauce.
  • Mozzarella
Instruction :
  1. Put fresh yeast in small bowl, pour a little warm water. Stir until the yeast is mixed with water.
  2. Put the flour in a bowl, with sugar, salt, yeast and mix well.
  3. Add olive oil, mix well.
  4. Then, add the water and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  5. Put the dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap and make it rise until doubled in volume (about 1 hour).
  6. Devide the dough  3 pieces.
  7. Mill with roll pin and put onto baking trays.
  8. Spread tomato sauce and sprinkel mozzarella.
  9. Bake with temperature 180°C until mature.
