Salmon with Oyster Sauce / Salmon Saus Tiram

(English Version)
My kids are boring eat steamed salmon. Now I tried to cook with different system. I fried and mix with onion and oyster sauce. They love also.


Ingredients :
  • 6 pcs salmon fish.
  • 1 tbsp lime/lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp garlic paste.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin.
  • 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce.
  • Salt as needed.
  • Oil for sauteing and frying.
Instruction :
  1. Clean salmon fish, and marinate with lime/lemoh juice, salt and garlic for less smell fish. Let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Fry salmon fish.
  3. Stir fry onion, garlic chopped, and salt until fragrant.
  4. Add oyster sauce, stir briefly and add fried salmon fish.
  5. Stir briefly again with oyster sauce and onion. Ready to be served.
(Indonesian Version)
Bahan-bahan :
  • 6 ptg ikan salmon.
  • 1 sdm jus jeruk nipis/lemon.
  • 1 sdt bawang putih yang sudah dihaluskan.
  • 1 sdt garam.
  • 1 buah bawang bombay ukuran sendang, iris tipis.
  • 3 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar.
  • 3 sdm saus tiram.
  • Garam secukupnya.
  • Minyak untuk menumis dan menggoreng.
Caranya :
  1. Bersihkan ikan salmon, dan lumuri dengan jus jeruk nipis/lemon, bawang putih dan garam untuk menghilangkan bau amis. Biarkan selama 10 menit.
  2. Goreng ikan salmon.
  3. Tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih, dan garam hingga harum.
  4. Tambahkan saus tiram, aduk sebentar lalu campurkan ikan salmon.
  5. Tumis sebentar bersama saus tiram dan bawang bombay. Siap untuk dihidangkan.
