Beefsteak sandwich with grated carrot, mayonaisse and ketchup for lunch or dinner. To make beefsteak, I use calf. Tender meat and my kids easyly bite and chew.
Ingredients :
- 1 slice beefsteak.
- 2 slices loaf.
- 10 grs grated carrot.
- Mayonnaise.
- Ketchup.
- Salt is required.
- Ground pepper is required.
- Lemon juice is required.
- Rosmarino.
- Marinate beefsteak with salt, ground pepper, lemon juice, rosmarino.
- Put beefsteack on the pan with little oil, until no blood and only clear water.
- Take 1 slice loaf put on the plate and put mayonnaise, beefsteak, grated carrot, and ketchup.
- Put another slice loaf. Cut triangle.
- Ready to be served.
