Pineapple Fried Rice / Nasi Goreng Nanas

Who doesn't know the fried rice. In Indonesia, everyone knows the fried rice and it is certain habitually consume fried rice. Have many kind version of the fried rice. On my blog, have  Dried Snakehead Fried Rice, Beef Cheese Fried Rice , Vegetables Fried Rice, etc. Now, my new post is Pineapple Fried Rice. 

Ingredients :
  • 2 plates of white rice.
  • 2 tbsp oil.
  • 1 egg, beat lightly.
  • 4 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped.
  • 1/2 medium onion, roughly chopped.
  • 1/4 pinepapple, peeled, dispose of hard in the middle and sliced.
  • 1 tsp flavoring powder/salt.
  • Parsley as needed, roughly chopped.
Instruction :
  1. Heat oil, saute garlic, onion, until fragrant.
  2. Pour egg after beat lightly, stir until mix with onion and garlic.
  3. Add slice pineapple, mix well.
  4. Add rice, mix for 10 minutes until mix well with spice.
  5. Sprinkle flavoring powder / salt, stir until mix well.
  6. Turn of flame and ready to be served with slice tomato and cucumber as salad.

Bahan-bahan :
  • 2 porsi nasi putih.
  • 2 sdm minyak goreng.
  • 1 butir telur, kocok lepas.
  • 4 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar.
  • 1/2 bawang bombay ukuran sedang, cincang kasar.
  • 1/4 buah nanas, buang bagian tengahnya dan iris tipis.
  • 1 sdt penyedap rasa / garam.
  • Peterseli secukupnya, cincang kasar.
Caranya :
  1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum.
  2. Tuang telur yang sudah dikocok lepas, aduk hingga tercampur dengan bawang.
  3. Tambahkan nanas, aduk rata.
  4. Tambahkan nasi, aduk selama kurang lebih 10 menit, hingga tercampur rata dengan bumbu.
  5. Taburi penyedap rasa /garam, aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  6. Angkat dan siap disajikan dengan irisan tomat dan timun sebagai lalap.
