Tuna Fried Rice / Nasi Goreng Tuna

(English Version)
Fried Rice could eat everytime. For breakfast, lunch or dinner. Have many variation of fried rice such as what ever I posted on my blog Dried Snakehead Fried Fish, Pineapple Fried Rice, Cheesy Fried Rice,...etc.
The Fried Rice is tipical of South East Asian Food, specialy Indonesian Cuisine.

Ingredients :
  • 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced.
  • 1 can tuna.
  • 2 plates white rice.
  • 3-4 green chayenne pepper, thinly sliced.
  • Salt as needed.
  • 1 egg and a pinch of salt, beaten lightly.
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Instruction :
  1. Heat little oil and make omelet, crushed. Let it.
  2. Heat oil, pour onion, green chayenne and saute until tender and fragrant.
  3. Add tuna, stir fry until mix well.
  4. Add white rice and stir fry until mix for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn of flame, remove fried rice to the serve plate and sprinkled with crushed omelet.
  6. Ready to be served.

(Indonesian Version)
Bahan-bahan :
  • 1/2 bawang bombay ukuran sedang, iris tipis.
  • 1 kaleng ikan tuna (80 gr).
  • 2 porsi nasi putih.
  • 3-4 buah cabe rawit hijau, iris tipis.
  • Garam secukupnya.
  • 1 butir telur dan sejumput garam, kocok lepas.
  • 2 sendok makan minyak goreng.
Caranya :
  1. Panaskan minyak, buat dadar telur orak arik, sisihkan.
  2. Panaskan minyak, tambahkan bawang bombay, irisan cabe rawit dan tumis hingga harum dan lembut.
  3. Tambahkan tuna, aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  4. Tambahkan nasi putih, aduk selama 5 menit.
  5. Matikan api, pindahkan nasi ke piring saji dan taburi dengan orak arik dadar telur.
  6. Siap untuk disajikan.
