Cheesy Sausage Fried Rice / Nasi Goreng Sosis Keju

(English Version)
Fried Rice is our favorite rice (me and my kids). So, I make combination with many kind stuff. My kids love cheese and sausage, so the fried rice add with grated cheese and sliced sausage and even some vegetables.

Ingredients :
  • 300 grs white rice.
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
  • 1 sausage, thinly sliced.
  • 1/2 carrote, thinly sliced.
  • 1/4 zuccine, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Salt as needed.
  • Mozzarella as needed.
  • 1 tbsp butter.
Instruction :
  1. Heat butter until melt.
  2. Add chopped garlic and ground nutmeg, and stir fry until fragrant.
  3. Add sausage, zucchine and carrote, stir fry until vegetables tender.
  4. Add rice and salt, stir fry until mix well for 5 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven 150°C.
  6. Put on the heat resistant tray, and give grated mozzarella.
  7. Bake until mozzarella melt. Ready to be served for lunch or dinner. No need add side dish.

Bahan-bahan :
  • 300 gr nasi putih
  • 2 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar.
  • 1 buah sosis, iris tipis.
  • 1/2 buah wortel, iris tipis
  • 1/4 zucchine, iris tipis.
  • 1/4 sdt pala bubuk.
  • Garam secukupnya.
  • Mozzarella secukupnya.
  • 1 sdm mentega.
Caranya :
  1. Panaskan mentega hingga mencair.
  2. Tambahkan bawang putih dan pala bubuk, tumis hingga harum.
  3. Tambahkan sosis, wortel dan zucchine, tumis hingga lembut.
  4. Tuang nasi dan garam, aduk selama 5 menit hingga tercampur semua.
  5. Panaskan oven 150°C.
  6. Tuang nasi ke mangkuk tahan panas dan beri parutan keju.
  7. Panggang hingga keju mencair. Siap dihidangkan. Tidak perlu ditambah lauk lagi.
