Olive Oil Layer Cake
Usually when make cake (generally) and layer cake (specially), we add butter or margarine. But I had been trying to make my layer cake with Olive Oil. Result, awesome. Soft, moist and fluffy well.

Risoles Stuffed Ragout
Risoles is one kind of pastry in Indonesia. For filling, we can put frying of vermicelli with vegetable or only stir fry vegetables with chicken stew or chop shrimps. This time, I use ragout as filling.

Prawns Stir Fry Bitter Melon
Bitter melon is vine originated tropical Asia. Bitter melon, we can stir fry only or inside bitter melon we can put such minced chicken or beef or shrimps, etc. To make less bitter we can squeeze with salt until water of bitter melon out and wash well.

Urap (Indonesia Salad)
Vegetables is simple, but rich is fiber and nutrients, because many kind of vegetables is good for disgetion. If Western has Salad, so we (Indonesia) have Urap as Indonesin's Salad). We mix with many kind of vegetables such as sproutn, kangkung, spinach, long beans. I made with vegetables what I found in the refrigerator such as green bean, carrots, zucchine, ruccoli and cabbage.

Conical Yellow Rice
Indonesia is rich culture. One of our culture make rice cone (nasi tumpeng). Tumpeng is a rice dish with main ingredients that made conical and resemble the shape of a montain. Then underneath placed many kind of side dishes and variety of decoration to make it look attractive.
Conical yellow rice is symbolizes prosperity, wealth, abundance or fortune. And made for special event, like a birthday, the birth of a baby, finish college or graduation, get a job, etc.
