Rainbow Layer Cake

Now is the Rainbow Trend. Colorfull is so interesting : red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet. So beautiful colour. Actually, original recipe every layer bakes differen baking tray, but I baked only one baking tray.

We (Indonesia) have some fruits salad with many kind of sauce such peanut sauce, brown sugar sauce. Can mix with many kind fruits as you like. Fresh when we eat it high temperature. My fruits salad with fruit what I have at home and I mix with peanut sauce.

Rica-rica Chicken

Rica Rica Chicken is one of many kinds typical food of Manadonese, North Sulawesi. Typical of Rica Rica is chilies or spicy. All of ingredients complete, so I cooked Chicken Rica Rica for my lunch. You can grilled also if you like. After a dish cooke, you put in the oven to grill.

Salmon Soft Bones

Salmon is our favorite fish. Special my kids love it much. If I steam with some vegetables such as broccoli, carrot and zucchini, they will eat with gusto. I steamed salmon, so I didn't worry about fork. Because forks would be soft.

Green Chilies Paste

Green Chili Paste is chili paste originated of West Sumatera (Indonesia). You can easy to find it if you go to Padang Restauran. Ingredients so simple, green chilies, green tomato, vinegar, onion and garlic, after that you should stir fry the paste until well done and fragrant. You can eat green chili paste with fry or grill fish or chicken.

Cheesy Pandan Cake

Still with Pandan Leaf. Today, I made Pandan Cake. Why Pandanus ? Because I gave to cake with extract of Pandan Leaf. It is for flavor and natural color as green. Pandan Cake is one kind of Sponge Cake originated Indonesia.





Beef Liver Curry

Before, I ever made chicken curry. How to make system is same. With masala, coriander, cumin, tomato, bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, green chilies. Difference between Indonesia curry and Bangladesh curry, Indonesia curry use coconut milk but Bangladesh curry use tomato.

Coconut Brown Sugar Crepes Rolls

Crepes with coconut, brown sugar caramel. Actually we added extract of pandan or suji leaf. Or to practice we added some green food color. Now, I don't add extract pandan for aroma and green colour as a natural colour. Because I haven't as my stock. This is one of my favourite traditional snack. It has been a long time ago I didn't eat Coconut Crepes Roll.

Tuna Pasta Penne (Favorite Pasta of My Dearest Kids)

Tuna Pasta is favorite dish of my children. If I told them that they will eat pasta today, so they will answer me "We wanted to have lunch with tuna pasta, mommy". Then they will eat with gusto. As mom, I'm so happy when I saw my kids like what I cooked for them.

This is one of my favorite side dish (Pineapple Sour Spicy Head of Fish). A side dish originated of West Kalimantan - Indonesia. There is sweet, sour and spicy. For me, in this food complete all of flavors.
