Semar Mendem

Semar Mendem is traditional cuisine from Solo (Center Java). The main ingredients are white glutinous rice and coconut milk. But when I made it, I didn't find white glutinous rice in asia store. I got only black glutinous rice. So, I give name Semar Mendem Black Glutinous Rice. For filling I put shredded chicken and diced potato, covered with wrapped the thin omelet.
