Roasted Salmon India Spices

Salmon Fish is our favorite fish. I always cook it with steaming system until all of bones are tender with pressure cooker pan. Now, I roasted the fish with India (Bangladesh) spices.






Ingredients :
  • 1 salmon (1 - 1 1/2 kg).
  • 2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil.
  • 1 tbsp garam masala.
  • 2 tsp ground coriander.
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt.
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper.
  • 1 tsp rosmarino.
  • 2 tbsp lime juice.
Instruction :
  1. Cleaned salmon fish.
  2. Mix all ingredients of spices.
  3. Marinated fish with spices, and let it for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven 200°C, roast fish for 30 minutes.
  5. Ready to be served with hot white rice and salad.
