Sun Flower White Brownies Steamed Cake / White Brownies Kukus Bunga Matahari.

Now 2014, for the 1st post I will post my new recipe Sunflower White Brownies Steamed Cake. With white chocolate cooking, get different taste and as good as dark chocolate cooking. Brownies is always made with Dark Chocolate and baked. Now I made white brownies with steamed.

Ingredients  :
  • 6 eggs.
  • 225 grs white sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 175 grs all purpose flour.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  • 150 ml vegetable oil.
  • 100 grs white chocolate cooking.
  • 1 sdt cocoa.
Instruction :
  1. Melt white chocolate cooking and vegetable oil, let it cool.
  2. Mix and whisk egg, sugar and salt until fluffy and thick.
  3. Mix, flour, baking powder and vanilla, pour into batter gradually and stir gently until combine evenly.
  4. Pour white chocolate melted into batter gradually and stir gently with spatula until combine evenly.
  5. Heat steam pan until boiled water for steaming.
  6. Take 2 tbsp the batter and add 1 tsp cacao to get brown color.
  7. Pour in the middle of sunflower pan, steam for 5 minutes.
  8. Give yellow color into batter to get yellow petal of sunflower, pour into sunflower pan. Steamed until the cake is cooked for 30 minutes with medium flame.
  9. Let it cool, after that can transfer onto serving plate.

Bahan-bahan :
  • 6 btr telur
  • 225 gr gula pasir putih.
  • 1/2 sdt vanili.
  • 1/2 sdt garam.
  • 175 gr tepung terigu.
  • 1/2 sdt baking powder.
  • 150 ml minyak sayur.
  • 100 gr white chocolate cooking.
  • 1 sdt coklat bubuk.
Caranya :
  1. Lelehkan white chocolate cooking dan minyak sayur, sisihkan.
  2. Campur dan kocok telur, gula pasir, garam hingga mengembang dan kental.
  3. Campur tepung terigu, baking powder dan vanili, masukkan ke dalam adonan telur sedikit demi sedikit sambil teus diaduk perlahan hingga tercampur rata.
  4. Tuang coklat putih yang sudah dilelehkan ke dalam adonan perlahan sambil terus diaduk dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata.
  5. Panaskan panci kukusan hingga air mendidih dengan api sedang.
  6. Ambil 2 sdm adonan dan beri coklat bubuk untuk mendapatkan warna coklatnya.
  7. Tuang ke bagian tengah loyang bunga matahari, kukus selama 5 menit.
  8. Beri warna kuning adonan dan tuang ke dalam loyang bunga matahari.
  9. Kukus hingga kue matang.
  10. Setelah dingin keluarkan dari loyang.
  11. Siap untuk dihidangkan.
