Before I ever made Pepes Ilis Fish with Banjar Style, a province in Indonesia, South Kalimantan with capital city is Banjarmasin. They have a clan, mentioned Banjar Clan. Now, I have made Pepes Salmon with Sundanese Flavour. Sunda is a clan for West Java people. I make pepes with pressure cooker, so  will get soft bones.

Cheesy Salmon Broccoli

Our favorite fish is Salmon. I have made many kind food with salmon for Indonesian food (pepes ikan) and Bangladesh food (grill fish) and

Occidental Food (casserole). I just bought broccoli and bell pepper and I still have fillet salmon in my freeze. So better I make salmon with broccoli and bell pepper with slices cheese. So creamy.
