The recipe of grilled fish curry masala is just my idea to use curry masala and then grilled. Fish marinated with masala for 1 hour and grilled for 30 minutes.

Crispy Pastel Stuffing Fried Beehoon
We call pastel or kroket. The snack is matching for breakfast or tea time. The sheets is crispy and even eggless. For stuffing, I put fried beehoon with shrimps. If you don't like shrimps you can change with chicken or beef. Or only vegetables, still yummy.

Boiled Egg with Sugo
My kids told to make a side dish with sugo, because in their kidergarten when have lunch, they ate some food with sugo. Now, I just try to make boiled eggs with sugo. But, I don't use canned sugo, I use fresh tomato, chopped and deseeded.

Tomato Bhorta
I thought Bhorta is sambal in Indonesia language. Because when I made Indonesia sambal, my hubby said bhorta too. So, my conclusion Bhorta is Sambal. My post now is simple bhorta with tomato. When summer, we eat it, because hot weather and taste of tomato bhorta is sour, spicy. So yummy. Simple ingredients.

Simple Fried Tofu
Tofu (in Indonesia, called Tahu) is healthy food. Tofu can make and cook for many thing. Match as vegetarian menu. Tofu can mix with vegetable and only stir fry. You can cook with soy sauce we call semur tahu. And fry with stuffing vegetable or only simple fry.

Putri Ayu
Putri Ayu is a traditional snack from Indonesia. To make it, with steam system and base of mould we put grated of coconut. Normally, we made with green color, because we use extract of pandan leaf and suji leaf, they are natural food coloring and have distinctive aroma.

Simple Chicken Sausage Sushi

Creamy Broccoli Risotto
My 5 years kid, she want I cook risotto. Because she has ever eaten risotto in her kindergarten. But I never cook it. I don't know how to cook. Rice of risotto is different with our rice. I browsed on internet, but I'm not so interest. So, to make her happy I cooked risotto with fresh milk and broccoli. She and her lil brother like it. Tadaaaaa, it is my creamy broccoli risotto for my lovely kids.

Get bored, breakfast with bread as sandwich or smeared with jam or nutella. I remembered that my lil sister ever made fried bread stuffed ragout. So to make variation of breakfast, I made it. But my kids can't eat them, because spicy.

Carrot Pancake
I had made them , long time ago. Nothing special for our breakfast. I need to change our menu for breakfast. Everyday, before the kids go to school they always eat cereal flake and biscuits or brioche. And every weekend, I always make Rooti, Paratha or Pancake. Now, I make Carrot Pancake, only little variation for our breakfast.
Ingredients :
- 100 gr all purpose flour.
- 50 gr sugar.
- 150 ml fresh milk.
- 2 eggs.
- 1/2 tsp salt (a pinch of salt).
- 1/2 sdt baking powder.
- 1/2 sdt vanilla.
- 1 carrot, steamed and mashed.
- Butter as needed, for spread on frypan.
Instruction :
- Pour into bowl flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla, mix. And add eggs, mix until combine evenly.
- Add grated carrot, stir. Pour milk gradually, stirring constantly until combine evenly and you get smooth the dough.
- Preheat small frypan with diameter 14 cm and spread little margarine. Pour the dough a steel laddle. Cover with lid of pan until surface dried. Flip pancake and wait for 30 seconds.
- Ready to be served with many kind syrup or just eat like that, yummy too.

Banana Wrapped Puff Pastry Homemade
I still have extra the puff pastry homemade. So I made Pisang Molen wrapped the puff pastry. For pisang molen, better we use Pisang Ambon (Green Banana). But here, I can't find it, even in Asia Store. I have only sunpride banana, the sunpride banana is quickly soft. Still yummy. How to make puff pastry homemade.

Puff Pastry Homemade Stuffed Cheddar Cheese
So long time ago, I wanted to try making my own puff pastry, just now realized. I feel so excited. Now, I made my prime puff pastry that stuffed with sliced of cheddar cheese and on top spread with yolk, sprinkled with sugar.

Boiled Artichoke Garlic Butter
I never eat the artichoke and very curios about how to cook and eat it. One day, I bought 4 pcs artchoke and try to be boiled and eaten with butter garlic sauce. Not bad.
