My kids, they want I cook risotto for their dinner. Because they like risotto when they ate it at the school. When I prepared, I think what I mix to make risotto most delicious. They like sugo and tuna, so I mix them as sauce for risotto, I am sure delicious.

Lontong (Rice Cake) Aluminium Foil
Eid is coming, I miss lontong sayur. Special dish when Eid. I live abroad. difficult to find palm leaves to make ketupat or banana leaves to make lontong because so expensive a sheet of banana leaf is 3€. So I have idea to make lontong wrapped aluminium foil.

Haleem (Fresh Lentils and Cereals)
Haleem is one kind of Bangladesh soup, with mixture of lentils, rice and cereals. If you go to Bangladesh, you will find easy on the stand stall when Ramadhan. They eat it for Iftar or breaking fast. I love Haleem. Before, I ever made Haleem with instant lentils and spices. Now, I tried to make it with fresh ingredients. Different taste between instant and fresh.

Black or White Onde-onde
I ever posted onde-onde but coated with white sesame seeds. Today I post Black or White Onde-onde. Why Black or White, because I use black and white sesame seeds to coat the dough. I made the Black or White Onde-onde for my Nisfu Sya'ban breaking fast. For beverage, I made

Crispy Peanut Crackers (Indonesian's Peyek)
Indonesia have many kinds of crackers. One kind of crackers from Indonesia is Rempeyek (Peanut Brittle). Ther crackers is originally from Java. The rempeyek is made of rice flour but for dressing you can sprinkle with peanuts, lime leaves, or dried small shrimps.

Eggplant Soy Sauce
Eggplant or Terong (in Indonesia Language) is my favorite vegetable. I had cooked many kind dishes with eggplant such as Grilled Eggplant with Fresh Mozzarella, Prawns Eggplant Tom Yum, Grilled Eggplant Sprinkle Grated Cheese and Eggplant Bhorta. With eggplant will be easy to make many thing. Now, I cooked eggplant with soy sauce for our lunch. The first it fried until wilt and then saute with onion, garlic and green cayenne peppers.

Easy Mango Strawberry Ice Cream
Mango in season and even strawberry in season. And our ice cream lover family. Summer, so hot with temperature more than 35°C. My kids always want ice cream. They love mango and strawberry. Special Pakistan mango, so sweet like honey. I made ice cream with all of fruits what my kids love.
