Today so hot, although summer will be pass and change with autumn. Come on we make some beverage fresh and cold. At the moment, I will make for our beverage is Kopyor Ice Pudding, with base ingredients is agar-agar. So simple and easy.

Shrimps Paste Chili Sauce Super Hot


For Indonesia, eat not complete without some spicy food. We love spicy food. We have many kind complementary food when eating rice or soupy such as sambal bajak (stir fry chili sauce), sambal terasi (shrimps paste chili sauce) and sambal ijo (green chili sauce) ... etc. I ever share about sambal bajak and sambal ijo. Now, I will share sambal terasi.

Chicken Nehari


Nehari is Bangladesh / India / Pakistan food. Cooked with mutton / beef / chicken. Today, I cooked Nehari with chicken, because I have stock only chicken in my freezer. Actually, Nehari match to eat with Flatbread (Rooti, Paratha or Naan) on the morning for breakfast. By the name Nehari, from Arabic Language is Nahaar means early morning. Now, enjoy your morning.

Rainbow Cake 2


I ever made a rainbow cake with another recipe and different system. The first rainbow cake, I baked with layer by layer without spread cream. When cook the first layer, I poured another layer direct over it. Now, a new one, I make one by one and then organize then with spread cream.

Roasted Betutu Chicken Bali


Roasted Betutu Chicken is from Bali. Eat with Plecing Kangkung and Sambal Terasi. Yummy in tummy. How to cook Betutu Chicken. I cook the chicken with all of spices until dries up water and then roasted by oven until get black spot.

Vegetables with Coconut Milk Soup


When Eidul Fitr is not complete if withour Lontong Sayur (Rice cake with vegetable coconut milk soup / sayur lodeh). For Lontong Sayur is not only lontong (rice cake), sayur lodeh (vegetable coconut milk soup), but have some other side dishes such as hard boiled egg, sambal bajak (stir fried chili paste), serundeng (stir fried grated coconut savory), opor ayam (chicken coconut milk) and sambal goreng hati sapi (fried spicy beef liver). With all of dishes, we call Lontong Sayur.
