Pumpkin Curry

Bought the pumpkin. Has cooked appetizer and dessert. Now the pumpkin is cooked as a side dish with Bangladeshi style. Of course I cooked curry. Turns out, the delicious pumpkin curry. Let's check the recipe, as an alternative if you have a lot extra pumpkin.

Pumpkin Pudding

Now is season of pumpkin. Here in Italy, they callee Zucca Gialla. Two days ago bought it, still have a lot. I had made appetizer and cooked as a dish. Today, I made a dessert. For taste, so soft, moist and little bit watery. Yummy.

Brownies

Trying the brownies recipe, and the results are fluffy well. Soft and moist. Delicious to drink tear or snack for breakfast. the chocolate is so tasted.

Martabak Stuffing Chocolate Jam

For sheets of martabak is same as omelet martabak wharever I made stuffing with beaten egg. But now, for my kids I made martabak stuffing Nutella Chocolate (their favorite jam). I made for their breakfast. Buon appetito, everyone.

The Loaf Pizza

My other creation for my kiddos. For my kids breakfast, I made the loaf pizza with topping margherita only. Simple breakfast for my kids.

Eggplant Bruchetta

I have some eggplant. The Italian eggplant is large and short. While the Indonesian eggplant is long. Coincedence I just watched the tv channel, and I saw how to make bruchetta use eggplant. So easy and I made direct to follow how to make.Usually bruchetta made with bread and cut into pieces. Unique make bruchetta with eggplant.

Mushroom Chicken Noodles Pangsit

Viewing post of friends in one of the social media, so I also wanted to make chicken noodle. Especially the weather support to cook it as cold, rain and strong winds. Incidentally, there are still stock of dried mushroom. So today I made mushroom chicken noodles, with chicken claw broth as soup. And the fried chicken skin to get the oil. Then the oil is used to boil the noodles.

Fusilli Mimosa

Got the idea of seeing tv . When they made it look good and easy. No need sugo as other pasta. Only with boiled egg and ready. For mix of pasta as you like, so that more beautiful and nutitious. I just add the sliced of olive.

Turtle Buns

Past time, and play with the bread dough. Bored look the round buns. So I got an idea to make buns with shape the turtle. Not really difficult, all of shape is round. And then merge all. For eyes, I put the raisins.

Sweet Potato Pie

Sweet potato is delicious made anything, can be made srikaya, pudding, fried foods, salad and now I make a pie with sweet potato main ingredient. Tender and tasty.

Spaghetti Tuna Sugo

Our menu fot tonight is Spaghetti with Tuna Sugo. Because my kiddos love sugo mix with tuna. Fresh tomatoes but seeded and peeled, stir fried with onion and garlic finely chopped with little oil. So yummy.

Char Cay Kwee Stuffed Stir Fried Finochio

I ever twice posted about cay kwee with different recipes. This time, I am posting cay kwee with different ways how to cook.

Actually, cay kwee is cooked with steaming, and this time, I fried the cay kwee.

For the stuffing, actually with stir fried of jicama. But here, where can we find jicama. So, I changed with finochio. Because I thought that finochio is little bit sweet as like jicama.

Srikaya Gratin

Srikaya is made from sweet potato grated, mixed with coconut milk / milk, and brown sugar. Then steamed. The recipe is my lovely mom recipe. Why I named Srikaya Gratin ??? Actually my mom gave name is Sweet Potato Srikaya. Gratin means rough shredded (French). Because the Potato is grated roughly, be named Srikaya Gratin. Nom...nom...our childhood snack.
