Bakakak Chicken

Bakakak Chicken is Sundanese Dish. With habenero chilies is very spicy. But, the chilies make perfect taste. With grilled, the aroma is much more enjoyable. Usually bakakak chicken is halved only from the chest and not dropping out. The grilled or fried. Eat with the rest of spice and liwet rice sauted of dried fish. Yummy.

Soft Zebra Cake Egg White (2nd year)

If you have extra egg white in the freezer, don't thraw it. You can make cake with egg white. As what I did, I made the zebra cake with egg white. Soft and moist. And the zebra cake to celebrate my second anniversary of blog. Alhamdulillah, my activities as blogger has passed for 2 years. And for the zebra cake is delicious for tea time and breakfast.

Soft Doughnut

Today, I made the doughnut without mashed potato. Actually, I made doughnut, loaf and buns always with mashed potato, so that the texture is smooth and soft. And now, the doughnut without potato, but for manually kneading need little bit more time, to get the smooth texture.

Satay, Rice Cake and Peanut Sauce

Hubby bought much beef without fat. I have cooked Bangla Curry and today I grilled beef satay, because how many days ago, rice cake for satay is already in freezer. Later, if satay is ready, the rice cake is reboiled again. Now, come on we grill the satay.

Chicken Champignon Cap Cay (Triple C)

If we bought the champignon mushrooms, My husband always request cap cay. Cap cay is the chinese food. So familiar in Indonesia. Ingredients of cap cay are many kind vegetables. In my cap cay, added carrot, turnip, green cabbage, white cabbage, champignon and ear mushrooms with chicken. So yummy. Without rice only cap cay, our dinner is yummy.

Canape

Canape is triangle risoles (Indonesia Snack). In my hometown Pontianak, we called Canape. Stuffing is same like Risolesm only shape different.
For my canape stuffing is carrot,  small dried shrimps and radish. I added radish because sweet as jicama.

Double Mac Fish Burger Homemade

One week ago, my kids requested me to make fish burger is like before what ever I made for them. Before I made just fish patties and for buns burger I bought from supermarket. Now, I made all are homemade. Better than bought from supermarket, because buns were purchased from supermarket is very dry. When we splitted, trickle bread crumbs. But buns by their mom is soft, moist and smooth texture. They love so much.
