Pineapple Tarts Strawberry / Nastar Strawberry

(English Version)
Generally Pineapple Tart (Nastar : Indonesia) shape like marble. Now, I made Pineapple Tart shaped like Strawberry. Very crisp and crumble into the mouth.

Ingredients :
  • 200 grs butter.
  • 2 boil yolks.
  • 50 grs refined sugar.
  • 350 gr flour.
  • 1 tbsp maizena.
  • 1 tbsp milk powder.
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla.
  • Filling Pineapple Jam.
Instruction :
  1. Whisk butter, egg yolks, and sugar until soft and smooth.
  2. Add flour, maizena, milk powder, vanilla, and stir until blended.
  3. Take dough shape marble and fill pineapple jam, round again.
  4. Take a muslin cloth, put in center and twist slightly above and below.
  5. Put on the tin for bake. Do it until dough finish. Heat oven 150°C and bake until cooked.
  6. Put leaves decoration by icing sugar.

Bahan-bahan :
  • 200 gr mentega.
  • 2 buah kuning telur rebus.
  • 50 gr gula halus.
  • 350 gr tepung.
  • 1 sdm tepung maizena.
  • 1 sdm susu bubuk.
  • 1/4 sdt vanili.
  • Isi Selai Nenas.
Caranya :
  1. Kocok mentega, kuning telur, dan gula hingga lembut dan halus.
  2. Tambahkan tepung, tepung maizena, susu bubuk, vanili. dan aduk hingga rata.
  3. Ambil adonan sebesar kelereng dan isi dengan selai nenas, bulatkan lagi.
  4. Ambil selembar kain kasa, letakkan di tengah dan plintir bagian atas dan bawah.
  5. Letakkan di loyang. Lakukan hingga adonan habis. Panaskan oven 150°C dan panggang hingga matang.
  6. Buat motif daun dengan gula icing.
